MCM’s 33rd Annual Stockholders’ Meeting Calls for Growth; Introduces New Board
Medical Center Muntinlupa (MCM) held its 33rd Annual Stockholder's Meeting on March 7, 2023, at the hospital's conference center in Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
The event was attended by members of the board, shareholders, and key executives of the hospital. The meeting commenced with the reports of Chairman of the Board, Geanie Cerna-Lopez M.D., and President, Esmeralda V. Dela Rosa M.D.
Dr. Cerna-Lopez outlined the hospital's future plans and strategies to ensure its continued success and growth. She also highlighted MCM's commitment to providing world-class healthcare services to its patients, as well as its dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees.
Meanwhile, Dr. Dela Rosa gave an in-depth analysis of MCM's ability to maintain profitability in the highly competitive healthcare industry. She also discussed the rationale for the hospital's goal of growth and expansion, citing the need to chart a path for MCM’s future in meeting the demand for healthcare services in the region.
