Notice of 2023 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

Medical Center Muntinlupa shall be holding its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on March 7, 2023, at 1:00 PM.

This year’s meeting will reflect upon MCM’s growth and tenacity as the company charts a stable recovery from the pandemic era.

As provided for in the company by-laws, the close of business hours of February 24, 2023 shall be the record date for the determination of stockholders that shall be entitled to notice of and votation rights at the meeting.

Only stockholders of record come the said date will be entitled to vote.
